For ten years, I walked the journey of caregiving for my late husband. That season tested my strength and faith, but it also gave me a passion to help other caregivers thrive without losing themselves.

As a registered nurse, professor, ordained minister, and author, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to the stage. With over 30 years of ministry and teaching, I know how to speak with compassion, authority, and practical wisdom.

Today, I equip caregivers, churches, and organizations with the tools to prevent burnout, rediscover identity, and walk with renewed hope.
